GigOptix products are designed and manufactured to meet or exceed customer expectations. GigOptix utilizes a Total Quality Management system to support our continuous improvement initiatives in which all employees are involved.

Privacy Policy

GigOptix recognizes the importance of customer privacy and the need to protect all information users provide to us. Our policy guidelines are based on a fundamental respect for our users' right to privacy and to guide our relationships with our customers.

Discontinued Parts Policy

In keeping with accepted industry practices, GigOptix periodically may elect to discontinue semiconductor product families, specific base products (die), end products, product packages, or product packing types.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all quotations and offers made and all purchase orders accepted by GigOptix, notwithstanding any conflicting or additional terms in any purchase orders or other documents received from Customer, all of which are rejected by GigOptix. Customer's acceptance and payment for the Products or services confirms assent to these terms and conditions. Customer acknowledges that GigOptix will not be bound by any terms that vary, limit or add to the provisions of these terms unless agreed to in writing.
